Multi-tasking bronzer/highlighter cosmetics (like sticks or dual-ended palettes) add warmth, dimension, and glow to your face. Apply the bronzer to the hollows of your cheeks and forehead to sculpt, and brush the highlighter onto the high points (cheekbones, brow bones, nose bridge) to catch the light.
Step-by-Step Application
1. Prep your base: Start after your foundation or tinted moisturizer so you have a smooth canvas.
2. Apply the Bronzer: Draw a soft line directly or with a brush just below your cheekbones, along your hairline, and lightly under your jawline to add shadow and warmth.
3. Apply the Highlighter: Dab or swipe the highlighter on the high points of your face—the tops of your cheekbones, down the bridge of your nose, and your cupid’s bow.
4. Blend seamlessly: Use a damp makeup sponge, a synthetic cream brush, or your fingertips to gently buff the edges of the bronzer and highlighter. Pro tip: Blend the bronzer upward and inward, and softly tap out the edges of the highlighter so there are no harsh lines.
5. Set it: Lock your look in place with a dusting of translucent powder or a setting mist so the product doesn’t budge throughout the day
