Pharmacy runs in Riya’s blood—her passion for community care began as a child watching her father manage his own independent family pharmacy back home. Holding a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Riya combines technical knowledge with genuine warmth to ensure patients feel confident in their medications. When she isn’t helping behind the counter, Riya expresses her creativity through music, singing, and playing musical instruments.
Originally from Egypt, Norah moved to Canada in 2022 holding a bachelor’s degree in genetic engineering before finding her true passion in community pharmacy. She loves getting to know our neighbors, answering questions with care, and helping patients feel supported at every visit. Outside of work, Norah loves cooking international dishes and traveling. She is also an unapologetic football fan—and yes, it is football, never soccer, and she will gladly defend that on the pitch!
