Summer acne appears most frequently on the face, back, and shoulders. These areas contain the highest concentration of oil glands and are prime zones for sweat, sunscreen, and oils to become trapped against the skin.
The specific zones where breakouts flare up include:
- The T-Zone (Forehead, Nose, and Chin): The face remains the most common site for breakouts. The forehead is especially vulnerable in summer due to sweatbands, hats, and oily hair.
